I founded Elle Media Lab to empower women with the fuel, motivation, network, and platform necessary to enable them to continue to grow in their professional lives despite what is taking place in their personal lives. As a mother of 3 young children, I first handedly know the struggle of life-work integration, but also am fully aware of the powerful set of priceless experiences that working mothers can contribute to the workplace.

That is why we hire and empower women from the media, tech, design, event, and communications sectors to work when their time permits so that they are not forced to leave the workforce simply because they cannot conform to the professional trajectory long established by successful men.

The multifaceted and ultra talented team at Elle Media Lab works closely with small businesses and entrepreneurs globally to shape their company's communication strategies and to create a strong online presence.
